The Hotaru, Japanese for “firefly,” is as much a kinetic sculpture as it is a turntable. It immediately captures the eye before captivating the room with its warmth, precision, and visual artistry. The unique design suspends the illuminating turntable in midair using powerful magnetic repulsion. The result is an object designed to be seen as much as heard, combining precision engineering, light motion, and analog playback.
